Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):

  • Standard Shipping: $3.5 (Free for orders over $100) – Delivery within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping:

We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 14-20 business days.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative solution.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please:

  1. Check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.

  2. Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout.

  3. Contact us at Support@tophometech.com if the issue persists. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at Support@tophometech.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are committed to ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@tophometech.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
